If you are disatisfied with ANY product purchased from Maggies Clocks.com, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days less shipping and handling.  If  you desire to return a product please contact us for a return instructions. 

Note: Product must be in new condition with all packaging material and paper work. Returns will be accepted within 30 days, Freight prepaid and a refund will be credited back to the credit card used minus shipping and handling.


All products come with a manufactures warranty.  No warranties expressed or implied are offered by Maggies Place Plus.  Note: Please return manufactures warranty card if supplied. If a warranty issue arises please contact us. We will help you through the process of repair or replacement. Be assured we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Defective items

Must be reported immediately.  Contact us and product will be replaced or a refund issued.

Shipping Damage

In the rare unfortunate event your new clock arrives damaged contact .


Currentlly we only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping and handling fees are flat fees per clock.  We have flat fee shipping  to simplify your shopping experience. Clocks are shipped within 2 business days and should arrive in 5-7 business days of orders.  We don’t offer rush delivery at this time.  Our warehouses are centrally located so your new clock will arrive promptly.  Note: Longer delivery times will be experienced around holidays. If there will be any delays in shipping your clock we will notifly you by e-mail within 48 hours.


Maggies Clocks.com Does Not charge sales tax on orders outside the state of Ohio.  If  your order within the state of Ohio, you will be charged an additional 6.5% sales tax.


We strive to ship orders as soon as they are recieved.  If you want to cancel an order notification must be received within 24 hours of order being placed.  Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to receiving cancellation.  Please contact us to cancel an order.
